We do not sell, disclose, or otherwise process your personal data except as described herein or otherwise disclosed to you at the time the data is collected. We also use data that does not identify you, called non-personal data, for lots of purposes, including to improve our products and services. Expeditors collects information about you from various sources. Expeditors is global, comprising many companies in multiple offices around the world. In order to do business around the globe and as part of normal business operations, we may share your personal data with third parties (affiliates of Expeditors or third-party providers) to provide products and services that you request.

If you are a customer, we may disclose your data to third-party providers that perform tasks on our behalf and under our instructions. These third-party providers may use your personal data only in connection with services that they provide on our behalf and they are bound to protect your personal data in a manner consistent with our policies and practices.

If you are an employee, we may disclose your data to third parties to fulfil employment and payroll-related tasks; to obtain information technology support (e.g., software maintenance and data hosting) and to provide employee support (e.g., benefits and human capital management consulting).
